“Is it possible Ahava ate fruit that was fill with microbial invaders that is being passed down from mother to child even to this day.”

Sweating is basically your body’s air conditioning system. The sole function of sweating is to regulate the body’s internal temperatures when we are sick and when we are well. When increased internal temperatures are reached usually when sick or overheated by the sun or activity, the body sweats to cool you down. As sweat evaporates, the surface of the skin is cooled. But it also has another function, it detoxes the body of infections, toxins, and bad bacteria.

Experts explain it like this, in the sweat process Dermicidin, also known as proteolysis-inducing factor ( PIF ), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DCD gene. It is an anti-microbial peptide secreted by human eccrine sweat glands onto the skin as a part of the innate host defense of the immune system. It is also involved in proteolysis. It basically causes a person to sweat and plays a huge role in the regulation of the outer skin flora.

This peptide eliminates infections and pathogenic colonization. It is also important for our nervous system via heat shock protein which signals our bodies into producing anti inflammatory cascades. Heat shock proteins (HSP) are a family of proteins that are produced by cells in response to exposure to stressful conditions. They were first described in relation to heat shock, but are now known to also be expressed during other stresses including exposure to cold, UV light, and during wound healing or tissue regeneration or remodeling.

In the spiritual world there is a microbial dimension and this has a big role to play in addiction, possession and mental illnesses. Physical intrusions such as surgery or blood transfusion can lead to an microbial entity attachment. In the case of an organ transplant the spirit microbes of the organ donor can literally follow the transplanted organ into the new body.

Physical trauma from auto collision, accidental falls, beatings or any blow to the head can render a person vulnerable to an intrusive spirit and all of this can be released through the microbial spiritual dimensions. Anger, fear, jealousy, resentment, guilt, remorse, and strong ties of unhealthy love can interfere with the normal transition to good health.

That is why it is advised before going through any treatment one must undergo protective treatment and prayers. Many areas of a person’s life can be influenced by one or more attached entities. In short, microbial spirit attachment can interfere with any aspect of the life of the unsuspecting host. This can cause a person to be damp and fungal to release a cascades of illnesses in the gut and brain.

This system of connections and communication between the gastrointestinal tract and the brain is referred to as the “gut-brain axis.” Some speculate that infections occurring in early life could negatively affect the mucosal membrane in the GI tract, disrupting the gut-brain axis, and interfering with normal brain development. The mucosal membrane can also be altered in other ways, such as through poor diet choices, radiation treatment, antibiotic use, drug use, and chemotherapy. These are areas that open a person up to what we can call “subtle spiritual possessions”.

Many in the field of neuropsychology and the study of mental health problems includes strong speculation that bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychological or neurological problems may also be associated with alternations in the microbiome. Researchers speculate that any disruption to the normal, healthful balance of bacteria in the microbiome can cause the immune system to overreact and contribute to inflammation of the GI tract, in turn leading to the development of symptoms of disease that occur not only throughout your body, but also in your brain.

Over and over you have heard me say in my workshops, talks and lectures to be very careful who prays for you and touches you. The wrong person can transfer any microbial attachments from their skin to yours in seconds without you knowing. Not to mention the spiritual implications of that single touch. Have it ever occurred to anyone why the Priests washed their hands and feet and even their bodies and clothes before serving in the Holy Temple? Another example of this is when the tribe elders went to meet with G-d at the foot of the mountain they were instructed wash their bodies, cloths and hands and feet for two days before gathering on the third day with G-d.

Even after their cleansing they still could not touch the mountain itself until the shofar (ram’s horn) is blown. The shofar was blown in a pattern called Tekiah Gedolah  and we blow on a shofar this longest sound with one breath, for ceremonial purposes. תקיעה – Tekiah, means the trumpeting sound, and gedol or gedolah (male or female) means great or big. So, tekiah gedolah means the great trumpeting sound. It was then and only then could the Elders of Israel could come to the mountain. This was the last part of preparations to repel any unclean spirits. As we do know in science today sound can move microscopic matter and particles.

Could it be that it can remove microbial spirits by the frequency and note of the shofar? Yes I certainly think so. I know the Native Americans certainly knew that using the drum beats removed any unwanted spiritual attachments and could create complete healing and vitality. And it is quite possible the Prophetess Miriam was aware of this also when she lead the women out with their tambourines.

“And the Lord said to Moses, Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow. Have them wash their clothes  and body and be ready by the third day, because on that day G-d will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.  Put limits for the people around the mountain and tell them, ‘Be careful that you do not approach the mountain or touch the foot of it. Whoever touches the mountain is to be put to death. They are to be stoned or shot with arrows; not a hand is to be laid on them. No person or animal shall be permitted to live. Only when the  Shofar a ram’s horn sounds a long blast may they approach the mountain.” Exodus 19:10-12

“Then Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took a tambourine in her hand, and all the women went out after her with tambourines and dancing.” Exodus 15:20

Be careful of what kinds of music you listen to because in intentions of that person can transfer to you through its sound waves and notes and not just the words of the song. The wrong music may disturb or remove you healthy microbiome bacteria.

Another example it is a Jewish custom to wash our hands after waking up. This is call the mitzvah of “netilas yadayim”  for which we find in the verse, “I will clean my hands and then circle the altar of G-d” (Psalms 23,6). Aside from alluding to the simple act of washing one’s hands, David Hamelech (the King) is advising us how to succeed in our prayers. Washing one’s hands symbolizes repentance, but could it be that we have to shed the microbial invaders both spiritual and physical? Yes Certainly think so.

For after one has done teshuvah (verbal repentence)it is fitting to perform the hand washing in the Beis Hamikdash (the Holy Tabernacle). Repentance for transgressions is the first step before approaching tefilla (prayers). Cleansing oneself from sin literally spiritual in thought and actions, however, is not enough. Only after washing his hands clean of all worldly endeavors and these microbial attachments can one really focus completely on Divine service. Truly there is nothing between you and service to G-d. This is why at Yom Kippor when going to Mikva it is not only the verbal repentence we do with prayer but it is also the purging of these microbial dimensions.

Our sages tell us when we proclaim thanks to G-d, and to speak of “His wonders.” After one has separated himself from transgression and worldly matters, he is no longer obligated to bring sin offerings. At that point, he can concentrate on the Korban Todah, a sacrifice offered to G-d in gratitude for His infinite Chesed (kindness). Imagine what this does to the body.

David Hamelech teaches us that washing our hands symbolizes a three-step process of teshuvah, focusing on spiritual matters, and then thanking Hashem. We start our day with this powerful reminder of our purpose in life as His People. With that thought firmly planted in our hearts we are ready to approach the mitzvah of tefilla Prayers. Starting our day with netilas yadayim, Cleanses our body and soul for prayer.

In Orthodox Judaism (and, in some cases, in Conservative Judaism), Kohanim, members of the priestly class, offer the “Priestly Blessing” before the congregation on certain occasions and Yom Tovim. Before performing their offices, they are required to wash their hands. Judaism traces this requirement to the Torah/Bible:

“And Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat; when they go into the tent of meeting, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to service, to cause an offering of the Ketoret (incense) made by fire to smoke unto G-d”Exodus 30:19

Today is customary for Levites to pour the water over the hands of the Kohanim and to assist them in other ways. In many communities, washing the feet before the Priestly Blessing is not practiced in the absence of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.

So lets think about this carefully when the Biblical texts teach us about cleansing there is deeply rooted reason and why is it so important to wash and cleanse ourselves not just spiritually but physically? Answer there is not to be anything unclean to come before G-d. Also take not when someone ill in the camp there were separated and cared for and could not approach the Holy Tabernacle/Temple. And anyone in the family who stayed with them also separated with them. So folks you sick with a cold or flu please stayaway from other people and get well before joining community again!

Lev 13:46 “As long as they have the disease they remain unclean. They must live alone; they must live outside the camp.”

When  in the Garden of Eden and sin came into the garden Ahava (Eve) not only was deceived,  it also opened the doors to invader to cascade into G-d’s perfect creation world. One that we cannot see or detect with our eyes, ears or touch. We do know that we can detect them by our sense of smell if we really pay attention and sometime without knowing only through how we feel. G-d gave us instruction how to eliminate them and prevent to colonize and stay attached to us. Ever wonder where the saying comes from-“something does not smell right”?

G-d instructs us how to eat a clean and healthy diet to keep our gut and brain axis clear and clean. He instructs us in Torah to guard our thoughts our affections and actions to ensure that no doors are open to these invaders. He instructs us to guard our eyes and hearing.

Take note that it was the eyes/sight, ears/hearing, mouth/taste and hands/touch that was tainted with sin of death from the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden. The nose thatgives us the divine sense of smell was not involved in that process. There the nose can Diagnose what you need to heal yourself. This is why the nose was left intact and considered a divine and sacred gift that came out of the Garden from G-d.

Which leaves a question is it possible Ahava ate fruit that was fill with microbial invaders that is being passed down from mother to child even to this day. Is death simply a invasion of microbial bacteria from another microbial dimension from which the poison fruit of the forbidden tree came from? was the tree not of this world but another dimension? And is the sting of death this microbial invasion we carry today passes from generation to generation? I certainly think so!

Many scholars tell us that there is ruling spirits of the air and wind that work with creation that became disobedient like the tree of knowledge obviously did. It was down to a “microbial level” that was altered because of such disobedience.

Chinese herbalist would agree there are forces in the darkness and damp air that intend harm, as well as Western and Middle Eastern herbalists would agree. Chinese herbalists have set medicine and herbs to treat a person, whereas Western and Middle Eatern herbalists work with the individuals as a whole and then create the medicines they need according to that person’s individual conditions. No two people are the same, they may have same illness but the person as a whole has to be taken into account before treating them.

We can live a longer better, and seperate whole fulfilling life! Follow the dietary instructions of the Torah/Bible in eating a kosher and organic diet of fresh fruits and vegtable, fish and herb foods. If you eat meat eat in extreme moderation. Do you think a calf or lamb was slaughtered daily for consumption? Answer is no because it was not common practice. Only during a special occasions or Tom Tovim ( High Holidays).

Genesis 1:29 “And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.

Leviticus 11:1-47 “And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying to them, “Speak to the people of Israel, saying, These are the living things that you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth. Whatever parts the hoof and is cloven-footed and chews the cud, among the animals, you may eat. Nevertheless, among those that chew the cud or part the hoof, you shall not eat these: The camel, because it chews the cud but does not part the hoof, is unclean to you. And the rock badger, because it chews the cud but does not part the hoof, is unclean to you. …”

Deuteronomy 14:1-29 “You are the sons of the Lord your God. You shall not cut yourselves or make any baldness on your foreheads for the dead. For you are a people holy to the Lord your God, and the Lord has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. “You shall not eat any abomination. These are the animals you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat, the deer, the gazelle, the roebuck, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope, and the mountain sheep. …”

Meat was a special treat and was eaten only for high holidays or offered to especially honored guests, but in general it was not eaten as much as in the modern world. For one thing, it was almost impossible to keep it fresh in the hot climate, and Jews were forbidden to hang meat – it had to be eaten as soon as the animal was slaughter.

Another reason eating a sheep or a calf was highly discouraged, probably because the fleece was more valuable than the flesh, and any mutton tender enough to eat didn’t have a fleece worth killing it for. A sheep was better alive than dead.  So eat in moderation. Eat a diet that promotes a healthy, diverse gastrointestinal microbiota. In doing so you prevent doors to open to unwanted invaders.

Genesis 1:29-31 “Then G-d said, I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it I give them also every green plant for food. And it was so. G-d saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.”

Incorporate some these diaphoreticor known as sudorific herbs in your diet daily. Warming diaphoretic herbs are angelica, hyssop, sage, thyme, and ginger. Peppermint, lemon balm, cornmint, elderflower, and chamomile fall into the group of cooling diaphoretics. Our intestinal tract is populated by all sorts of bacteria.

These are roughly categorized as friendly and putrefactive These herbs can help your body properly sweat to release toxins, and cleanse bad bacteria and introduce good ones in your gut that also makes its way not to just your brain, but your whole body including going to the surface of your upper dermal skin flora.

Humans evolved to live in nature, not in closed buildings. So spend more time in nature and please remove your shoes and do some energy groundingBy going for a jog in the park, doing some gardening, or otherwise spending more time in natural environments you’ll not only get a feeling of clear-mindedness and good mood, but you may also reconnect with some old microbial friends that we knew in the Garden of Eden before the poison fruit was introduced to Ahava.

Most of us are not going to move out of our city apartment and take up residence on a farm in order to reconnect with nature and increase our exposure to good microbial biodiversity.

Zechariah 2:13 Be still before G-d, all mankind, because he has roused himself from his holy dwelling.

Psalm 46:10-11 “Be still, and know that I am G-d! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.” The L-rd of heaven’s hosts is here among us; the G-d of Israel is our fortress.

Exodus 14:14 “G-d will fight for you while you keep still.”

Habakkuk 2:20 “Oue G-d  is in his Holy Temple. All the earth—be quiet in his presence.”

Take better care of the microbiome in your home. Your home has a microbiome colony too, which interacts with the one you carry with you. Add potted plants around your home. Just like humans, all plants have their own unique microbial cloud.

Plants help detoxify harmful substances found in the air of your home and may add a good diversity of microbiome friends to your home’s microbiome that will purge any bad colonies that might persist waiting to spiritually and physically highjack your health by attaching themselves to you. Look up house plants to purify air and destress your home.

Psalm 16:1-2 — Preserve me, O G-d, for in you I take refuge. I say to the L-rd, “You are my G-d; I have no good apart from you.”

Psalm 34:8 — Oh, taste and see that G-d is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!

Psalm 64:10 — Let the righteous one rejoice in G-d and take refuge in him! Let all the upright in heart exult!

Psalm 73:28 — But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord G-d my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.

Psalm 142:5 — I cry to you, O G-d; I say, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

The protective incense that burned in the holy Temple called Ketoret kept everyone healthy and safe and most likely could have been the tool to keep away bad Microbial dimensions of harm to G-d’s people both physical and spiritual.

The purpose of the Ketoret was to purify space so that G-d could dwell in the Temple with his people, Ketoret is like a Mystical Umbilical cord if you will. Only one family knew the secret to making it right. It was G-d who selected this priestly family. The secret ingredient would cause the smoke to go straight up in a pillar. It didn’t waft or dissipate like the stuff we see nowadays.

It was a pillar of smoke literally. The family that made the incense was the House of Avtinas. They never taught anyone how to do it because Hashem kept the art in their memory solely and was sworn to never show anyone outside their family the secret of the Ketoret Sod.

The Egyptians and Romans tried to copy it and even hired them and paid them double to make it for them, but they never did learn the secret. Well the secret ingredient is only this selected family was to make it and it was to only be burned in the Holy Temple that they built for the sole purpose that the smoke would go only straight to the heavens and into G-d’s Nostrils and only could it does this is when the Kohen Gadol is doing the Ketoret service.

Each Priest got to serve the Ketoret only once in their lifetime It was a great honor. The secret is it had to be served by only G-d’s chosen people the elect people and made only by G-d’s chosen priestly family the elect family.

Moshiach is a conduit as well, and he will be an example for us to show the rest of the nation how it is done. Moshiach will not only be from blood line of great King as David, but he will also be from high priest lineage or to put it simply bloodline. (see Psalms 110) The Kabbalist rabbis and Jewish sages commentaries tell us that Moshiach will be like no other king because he not only be the Messianic King he will also be the priest of the third Final Holy Temple in the Olam haba (World to come- Messianic era). It is also taught that he would not be just any Priest, but from the selected Avtines family.

Today we are still unraveling the mystery of exactly which ingredients and processes were used to formulate the finely ground mixture. Although there are still varying opinions and speculation about some aspects of the Ketoret, the wise ones among us have been able to identify the exact botanical sources of the main ingredients. Which oil can be extracted to create a sacred and purified space and healing blend.

Highly recommend everyone have this blend on hand. Be always on guard what you eat, drink, what you hear, speak, smell and come in contact with. Guard yourself and never let just anyone pray for you. Exercise but do not over exercise because that also can have a impact on your overall body flora and good bacteria health. We will dive deeper in more blogs and articles to come.
