As this is a small shop, we cannot give refunds unless we have made a mistake in creating your order ie shipped wrong item or the product is damaged during shipping. This very rarely happens but if it does we will try our very best to make you happy with your purchase by replacing the item/s damaged, so please contact us with any questions or issues.
Any damage during shipping issues please provide pictures and detail via E-MAIL Unfortunately we do live in a world of scams and schemes by people online trying to get free products and we know this can make things difficult for the honest buyers. If a buyer fail to supply pictures and detail we will assume the claim is false and will not replace the item unless there their claim is proven. Again it is a rare occurance and again contact us immediately, we are here to help make customers purchase expierence great.
We do stand by our product and take pride and care in offering the best high-quality product on the market that we possibly can. Our Products are hand-foraged, hand-harvested, artisan-distilled, artisan handcrafted, hand-pour, and hand-labeled each product before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards. Pictures are taken of each order for our records that the order left perfect. As always tracking is provided to the buyer via email when shipped.
We do recommend buying samples before placing a full order so our customers can decide which product will fit their needs or desire. Please note samples are not returnable or refundable for any reason. Samples are made available as a service to assist our customers in judging aromatic preferences before placing larger orders. If the Customer is not satisfied with a product, we do accept returned items that must be unopened for replacement/exchange or receive a store credit only and must only be done with prior authorization from us. This means tops are not replaced and stickers are not tampered with. We can tell! If you do we will not accept the return. If you use a discount code the Order is automatically non returnable no exceptions!
Under no circumstances will we accept any item/s that has been opened or shipped back to us without prior authorization. Once we do approved you are responsible for cost to ship back to us. We also cannot place any returned items back into our stock for reasons of possible tampering, health, and safety regardless if it was not opened.
For this reason we have a No Exchanges/Refunds Policy, So do not return anything without our prior communication and authorization. If we do approve the return we will still not give refund. Only Approved return we give only exchange or replacement or a store credit for on your next order. If you refuse your order package and it comes back to us the No Return/Exchange policy will still apply. We still cannot place any returned products back into our inventory for health and safety reasons.
There is no canceling of Order once it is place. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. We are happy to combine mutiple order you have placed on our website. All policies stated here also applies to our Etsy Store as well.
Once order is delivered to your address and or internationally to your Country’s Customs for pick up we are no longer are responsible for your package and any additional fees charged to you. International orders :You are responsible for all additional fees collected for your package by your Customs Authorities. When we make purchase for your label all taxes and fees are paid on our end to purchase shipping label all fees are paid our part on shipping fees. See more info below.
Shipping and insurance for authorized returns of goods for reasons, other than the wrong product was sent, or damage during the original shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any items damaged we will ask for pictures etc for proof. We do keep record of who packs your order and pictures of the order contents when it leaves our facility. We can replace a damaged or wrong items. We are not responsible for a delivered package stolen off your porch! You must work out delivery with your postal service to prevent such theft.
Any customer who abuses or takes dishonest advantage or use of our company service, company property, company product, and name for their own unlawful gain will be no longer receive service from our company and may be subject to legal actions from us. We do have the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms of Agreement and Policy and have the right to take legal actions if necessary.
Yes you can be allergic to organic plant materials! While this is extremely rare it can happen. We are not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions you may have to any organic plant materials used to create our products. You are responsible to know your own health and what you may or may not be allergic to.
You are also respoonsible to properly use our product by proper dilution as we recomment in the safety sections of the website. As much as we would like to, we can’t protect our customers from all harm but we certainly take all precaution by striving to make sure our customer know all information provided to help make their own decisions as to what they purchase and how to use properly.
We do make it very clear you are responsible for your own health choices including any product you buy. You are also responsible to consult with you health care providers of any products you use. We also can’t always protect customers from themselves if they are using a product incorrectly or not notify their health care provider.
Any excessive usage of essential oils may cause irritation or other undesired effects due to their lipophilic nature. As one increases dilution or does not use proper dilution, a potential dermal (skin) reactions may take place depending on the individual essential oil used, the area in which the oil is applied, and other factors related to the persons own sensitivity levels. Bottom line is their responsibility to know esential oil safety.
We do give full descriptions and complete information to our ability and knowledge of each product so the customers is informed before making any purchase on our website they choose.
We accept credit cards through PayPal Credit Card Gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service on our website. After purchasing an item, please remember to click through to PayPal to complete the purchase. Again you do not need a PayPal account in order to use a credit card. Simply select the option to pay without an account.
We are not responsible for additional fees or duties charged to you by your country’s Customs. Those fees are your sole responsibility. Any order returned because of your customs unpaid duties and fee by you, your order will not be refunded. However, we can reship it for additional postage at your request or issue you a shop credit or exchange.
Shipping is USPS Priority Mail UPS to the United States and Priority Mail Express. EMS general post to EU, Canada, and Israel. If you would like a faster shipping option please contact us so we can invoice you for the exact cost to ship your order. Sometime UPS and FedEx may cost the same and we may choose these services to ship your package.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after the order is placed. It may take up to 10 days if ordered items are on backorder for which we will notify the customer of a shipping delay because of backorder.
All customers who place an order are in full agreement with these terms of service and policy.
A link to this agreement is linked on the cart page and this page is listed under our About us tab in the main menu. We do NOT share any personal information with any third-party sources. Our customer’s personal information is kept private and confidential.
Also please note we do not receive your credit card information. All that information is encrypted and is completely confidential through the checkout gateway which is kept confidential from the Merchant to protect the Buyer also.
