There is a Biblical Law you should be aware of when you ask someone to pray for you or allow them to touch you or even buying or receiving items, or listening to their false words from people. Rabbi Tzadok explains that one of the grand rules of all spiritual reality is the law of attachment not to be confused with attraction. In brief, the law of attachment states, “once one has any contact with a thing, however small or benign, that contact leaves an indelible spot which serves as a point of connection for further contact and acts as a bridge and an opening to get deeper into the person, even without the person’s awareness or consent.”
This spiritual law of attachment is also found within Torah t (first 5 books of the Bible). The slightest contact with something “tumah” (Biblically impure) can render whatever it has contact with equally “tumah.” The negative tumah energy is contagious and contaminates on contact.
Even in modern medicine, we understand this concept regarding bacteria and viruses. What we fail to recognize is how the powers of darkness can contaminate and infect in the same way as does Biblical tumah and is a medically-recognized bacteria and viruses.
Therefore, we have entire generations that opens itself up to a psychic infection without even being aware that they have been infected and what damage this infection causes. It changes the way we think, how we feel and can destroy not only spiritually, but physical as well. Now we are seeing the havoc it is playing on our world.
The forces of evil are, in Chassidic and hebrew terminology, the sitra achara, the “other side.” They are what is “outside,” what is far from G‑d’s presence and holiness. They flourish in the realm where He is most concealed and least felt, where there is least holiness. Darkness looks as if it is taking over.so how do we purge this darkness, this infection? Simple Answer increase the light! Like nocturnal insects every one of these filthy dirty creatures will scurry from the light.
“Light is life and life is sentience. Sentience is essentially self-awareness and self-awareness requires information and knowledge. Life is in everything and everything contains information vital to itself.” A person’s energy can be sucked from them by negative people or just a negative person next door to you, reactive, self-centered, and jealous people are even worse. One’s Light-force is ultimately the source of their life and all the lasting good that one experiences. It is that very Light-force that we need to protect ourselves, and for different reasons.
Many Rabbis explain that negativity will always make an extra effort to be where higher energy exists in order to take from that higher more positive energy. If you are positive person be aware the negative people will zap your energy and leave you in darkness to cause harm to your soul. So protection is essential and vital.
One of my great teachers Rbbetzen Chana Bracha Spiegalbaum says “Chanukah is the Vessel for Prophetic Soul Connections. The tribe of the month of Kislev is Binyamin. He is the bridge that ties the sons of Rachel with the sons of Leah, therefore the Temple is in Binyamin’s portion, and Binyamin is the tribe of the month which supports and enables the rebuilding of the final Temple. נשמה/neshama – soul consists of the letters of מנשה/Menashe – the tribe of the month of Cheshvan, and גוף/guf (body) is in the gematria (numerical value) of חנוכה/Chanukah.”
Ruach Hakodesh is like the garment of the kingdom of Heaven, which is called “the holy body,” therefore Chanukah is in the gematria of body – the vessel for the light of the neshama. This light will shine to its fullest at the dedication of the Temple, G-d willing in the month of Cheshvan when prophecy will return as it states:
וְהָיָה אַחֲרֵי כֵן אֶשְׁפּוֹךְ אֶת רוּחִי עַל כָּל בָּשָׂר וְנִבְּאוּ בְּנֵיכֶם וּבְנֹתֵיכֶם זִקְנֵיכֶם חֲלֹמוֹת יַחֲלֹמוּן בַּחוּרֵיכֶם חֶזְיֹנוֹת יִרְאוּ
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy; your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. (Joel 3:1)
The Holy Torah this book is the ultimate power of protection. Having the Torah in your home not just in book form, but also if you can acquire to afford it in a small scroll this will too radiates massive Light throughout the house. Scanning the Aramaic Hebrew words of the Torah activates new levels of previously un-manifested Light from within, thereby bringing a stronger intensity of this Light to surround you and through you.
A proper mezuzah (a handwritten parchment scroll), which the Torah prescribes in Deut 11:20, should be properly placed on the doorways of your home as protection from the negative entities that wait at the doorway. And please never hand your keys over to someone to home even if it is a relative who is negative and full of darkness.
If you do you are relinquishing your ownership of your home while you are away. All that negative energy and darkness will be entering your home freely, walking across your threshold to open you up your home to all sorts of misdeeds such as theft and more because your home gets marked for dark forces to come. All this simply because this person was in your home while you were away. So be careful whom you give a key to your home and who house sits for you.
Practice guarding your words and thoughts. Study Torah Spiritual Soul Reflexology! Torah teaches you how to guard your sacred seven openings of light that bring complete healing to your soul. Learn how to use these seven sacred lights to open up your soul to allow your inner light shine brightly. Meditate and visualize your face as a menorah. See the seven openings in your face and head—your two ears, your two eyes, your two nostrils, and your mouth as candles of the menorah. Envision ribbons of light from each of the seven candles flowing into these openings.
One by one, these openings become filled with light. See your head and face aglow with this light. These are the seven candles of the soul. Feel these radiant lights energy, these seven bright candles of the Soul, flowing inward from your head and face, extending throughout your entire body, flowing into every cell, into every atom of every cell. Feel these radiant lights create a protective force just as G-d placed fire around the Jewish people when we left Egypt, These candles of the soul, flowing inward from your head and face each one of these candles are a place to where you need to guard.
Opening up strand of DNA we find shape of a Temple Menorah ACA (c) 2009
Let the lights keep extending throughout your entire body, flowing into every cell, into every atom of every cell, dancing with your soul. Now envision microscopic menorahs of light forming within every cell, radiating light through your entire body. Envision your whole body as a glowing Menorah of Healing Light.
Guard your Tongue/ Mouth-Shamesh middle candle
Guard your Ears-two outer candles on right and left
Guard your Eyes-Two inner candles right and left
Be trustful of your instincts of your Holy Sense of Smell the two openings of your Nostrils detect negativity, evil, and darkness, through your sense of smell before you are fully aware so do not defile it with fake fragrances and chemicals.
These two candles of your Nostrils are next to the Shamesh middle candle which represents the Peh (Mouth) one on the right and one on the left. The mouth offers up prayers and words of thought to G-d that represent the heart and emotions of your mind and soul. Guard it very closely. This is the servant candle. This Menorah with the seven openings that represent the seven candles of the Holy Menorah and is a reflection of the Holy Temple.
The human soul is the candle of Our Holy Creator G-d. See these flames, these seven flames of the Soul, as part of a Greater Flame, the Infinite Flame that is G-d. See yourself as a candle of God. Envision these candles of the soul burning within you, dancing with your soul.
They are ever present even when the candles are being extinguished by darkness
G-d created us to always have that deep soul flame beyond our fleshly bodies to always rekindle our candles of our soul. Even in the darkest night there is light that one may not see which is the flames that still shines. Even in the darkest night, the flames still dance between heaven and earth. Even in the darkest moment of life, the pure light still burns within your soul. Tap into that flame of the soul that can only be found through our Creator G-d and deep within your soul..
G-d is not everywhere he is where we let him in. He will not force His presence in your life. The invitation is by your prayers and blessings and accepting his Torah and Mitzvos. G-d’s Holy flame makes your light within stronger and brighter, but you have to let G-d in. This how you are protected from darkness. This is what it means to have G-d in your Life. A blessing is experiencing G-d’s will and a curse is experiencing G-d’s blessing out of balance of his will.
Parashat Terumah (Numbers 25:1-27:19) contains G-d’s complex instructions for the building of the mishkan (Tabernacle in the desert) and the seven-branched menorah (Numbers 25:31-26:14). This text does not only remind us of the Mishkan that later becomes the Beis Hamikdash- The Holy Temple of stone, but it also reminds us to view our body as a mishkan and that we are made in image of the Holy Temple, as a house for your soul, and a sanctuary for G-dliness to reside within that is strong and resilient.
Guard your thoughts Carefully. Remember your thought creates neuropathways in the brain. If you are anger alot you are creating great health issues that might manifest itself in the physical. Science has shown that water records its environment. We are made of 72% to 80% water, those feelings are also recorded in your body’s water. So there two things going on here. One you are creating new pathways in your brain or forming a habit by neuropathways and it is recorded in your body in the water that makes up your body.
I have done many classes that our brain is in the image of the Holy of Holies in the Temple. Now consider that your brain is made up of a left and right hemisphere. The covering of your brain is the cerebrum. So just as the Cherubim covered something significant inside the ark (the brain) so too does the left and right cerebrum cover some very important glands that serve as a link between our physical and spiritual natures. One such component is the pineal gland, also known as the mind’s eye.
Consider that the stone tablets making up the Ten Commandments were placed inside the Ark of the Covenant. Now visualize that the Holy Ark symbolizes the mind and brain. You will guard your thoughts when you remember this point. Amazingly this gland looks very much like the Holy Ark with the wings of the Angels.
The Ten Commandments are universal in nature. When one becomes enlightened, the Ten Commandments are realized and lived out from within. This is especially true after the awakening of the mind’s eye, or pineal gland. Now consider the text below from Jeremiah:
“This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time,” declares the L-rd. “I will put my law in their minds and write in on their hearts” (Jeremiah 31:31)
G-d is building his Temple silently within you. Without hammers and nails so that G-d’s spirit will dwell within you.
“In building the Temple, only blocks dressed at the quarry were used, and no hammer, chisel or any other iron tool was heard at the Temple site while it was being built.” 1King 6:7 “G-d is in His Holy Temple. Let all the earth be silent before Him.” (Habakkuk 2:20). Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am G-d.” and Psalm 37:4 says, “Delight thyself also in the G-d, and he shall give you the desires of your heart.”
When we fill our mind and heart with Torah it changes our moods creates pathways that build G-d’s Temple within. Our brains would be functioning at full capacity and we would have excellent health. Negative thoughts and emotions can create a new Temple one that is not G-d’s Temple, but is Tumah un-pure.. The darkness and evil will leap to the chance to tare down the House of G-d every chance it gets.
Ask yourself are you changing the plan of G-d’s Temple? Psalms 144:12 sons and daughters are compared to choice cut stones giving shape or form to the palace. (Jewish Publication Society’s Tanakh)
How to protect yourself in your emotions to keep the spiritual Tumah out. In essence, tumah is spiritual impurity and is defined as we mentioned above as the “absence of holiness”. How to really keep your emotions in check is to work on these key areas. These areas is where the darkness likes to steal your joy, bring anger and hate, create doubt and disappointment, steals your peace and bring in restlessness.
Praise: Find Joy in the depth of the Soul
Learn how and why to praise God at any place, any time, and in all ways. Psalm 150:1–6
We should praise G-d no matter what we are going through. So long as you have breath, praise G-d for who he is and what he does, in any and every possible way.
Prevent Outrage and Anger
Learn to forgive when you want to fight back. Psalm 137:1–9
G-d doesn’t expect us to pretend our outrage isn’t real. He does expect us to resist the temptation to return evil for evil, to work for reconciliation, learn to leave the room with love and compassion, and to overcome evil with good. Anger is said to be a form of Idol worship and affects the over body and Soul. It creates a curtain between you and G-d.
Become Bittul (Self Abnegation; Selflessness): (lit. “self-nullification”); a commitment to G-d and divine service that transcends self-concern and become more grateful.
Learn how to handle the pain of what might have been. Psalm 107:1–43
How we can find peace when our dreams have been shattered? Psalm 107 offers hope to those disappointed with life. Be grateful so that that gratefulness can create more of what you are grateful for.
Learn the cause of—and cure—for our incessant inner hunger. Psalm 42:1–11
We will all feel restless until the Moshiach arrives, but we can find contentment until then by putting our security and trust in G-d who is our protector.
There is a well-known chassidic saying, “Every descent is for the purpose of a greater ascent,” and all concealments of G‑d make way for a greater revelation. Keep your Temple Lights Shining Brightly Always!
