This essential oil is a Heart note which is distilled at a lower temperature to create a fuller-bodied aroma that is not a heavy hit you in the face cedarwood. This process creates “Heart Note” bring out the smoother notes of cedarwood. Color is  yellow- dark yellow to amber red. 

Aroma: Very strong dry woody aroma, slightly smoky, balsamic, and with a hint of woodsy spice.
