For Havdallah
You know those little jars of Havdallah spice mix with the Hebrew word besamim on it? The ones you open and discover are mostly cloves, with maybe a few pieces of cinnamon stick and bay leaves? Some of which is not even from Israel and put together in New York, New Jersey, or Los Angeles.
When I first saw them, I thought: No. It’s time to change this.
Havdallah is a moment when we pause between Shabbat and the new week. It is a time to breathe deeply, awaken the senses, and carry something beautiful with us into the days ahead.
So we created something worthy of that moment.
We gathered an abundant blend of native leaves, herbs, flowers, resins, and other fragrant botanicals, carefully brought together in one jar. Each element adds its own character, creating a rich and layered aroma that invites you to stop, smell, and connect.
The result is more than a spice blend.
It is an experience designed to bring the scents and spirit of the Holy Land into your Havdallah custom.
Because when we separate the Sabbath from the new week, we shouldn’t just mark the moment.
We should experience it.
