This exquisite oil is cold pressed from the seeds of Baobab fruit trees growing in Africa. Heavy to medium nutty aroma. We source these seed from only a sustainable source and cold pressed these seeds in Israel.
The normal lifespan of a Baobab tree is 500 years, with the oldest trees reaching over the age of 5000 years and a height of 20 meters that has been confirmed by scientist. Most trees must be over 300 years old before harvesting. .
Known to the locals as “The Tree of Life” Some locals say that this was the “Tree of Life” in Garden of Eden that sustained Adam and Chava. After they chose to sin they were sent away out of the garden, but took with them the seeds of it’s fruit. Locals say that the first Baobab Tree is still in the hidden Garden of Eden and is over 6000 years old and that thier trees you see today are only the children trees of that first BaobabTree in the Garden of Eden.
