This Hydrosol contains roses from Rosa damascena and Rosa centifolia species, sprinkled with various other Rosa family species, like Rosa gallica and Rosa moschata, gathered from around Israel. Has a lovely Rose aroma with some lovely sweet green rose notes

Grown and Distilled in Israel, these Roses have a sweet, rosy but delicate beauty and wonderful perfume not often found. Most if not all, Rose Hydrosols on the market are from a variety of Chinese tea roses. These roses are heirloom roses with a wonderful full bloom bouquet aroma.
The tw two main rosa species of flowers are renowned for their fine fragrance, and are commercially harvested for rose oil (either “rose otto” or “rose absolute”) used in perfumery and to make rose water and “rose concrete”. The flower petals are also edible. They may be used to flavor food, as a garnish, as an herbal tea, and preserved in sugar. It is the national flower of many countries.
About Hydrosols:
