Description:
This is one of the most beautiful curry leaf essential oil I have worked with. The aroma is spicy-sweet with a lot of tenacity. Oftentimes the oil is used in pharmaceutical medicines, perfume industry, and is favored by many attar artisans producers.
The curry tree is a small bush native to India and can be found growing almost everywhere in the Indian subcontinent excluding the higher levels of the Himalayas. In the East, its range extends into Burma. Can be found all over the middle east including Israel because of Bene Israel (Ethiopian) communities. Indian cuisine is beloved in Israel which dates back 2000 years and with so many Indian restaurants today and has found its way into Arab cuisine as well so curry leaf can be found growing all over the Holy Land today.
