Oregano contains thymol and carvacrol, two ingredients which have a remarkable viral and bacteria-fighting power. Just one to two drops on your tongue to calm Respiratory congestion, coughs, gastrointestinal issues.
Oil of Oregano has antifungal and antimicrobial properties due to the phenol carvacrol. Take daily for preventative care. For some, it can be hot on the tongue so you can add 1-2 drops to warm water to drink or add a teaspoon of olive oil and take the oil by mouth.
