This flower may have been brought to Israel from Bulgaria and the Ukraine by Jewish immigrants. Snowdrops or known as Musk Flowers, Faux Lily of The Valley, and Galanthus Flowers is an Eastern Mediterranean native in the first place so either way it is a real treasure to have. This flower is coveted for its beautiful aroma often times is often used in the perfume world. Our organically crafted Snowdrop Oil is produced cold pressed maceration method of 40 days infusion. Maceration (solar-infusion) of the beautiful fragrant white flowers of the Galanthus nivalis plant in organic cold pressed Israeli grown and produced Sunflower Oil and Golden Jojoba Oil to extract its lipid whole molecule soluble components. This is a enfleurage oil without the alcohol. It’s perfection indeed!
This flower is known as wood violet, which arrives in the middle of the deep freezing tempts of cold winter. The musky and soft honey notes of snowdrop can be smelled through its blossom that is so tenacious, it holds its own in the winter air.
