This is a cabbage Rose very lovely known also as Egyptian Rose and this rose when made into essential oil is sweet rpse in aroma and robust with soft green notes. This rose is also found in Jericho Valley. Love is not strong enough of a word for this extremely rare rose.
The roses that grow within this hot area of Israel are regarded as a miracle. It has also been known as symbol of the courageous spirit of Israelis. The roses stand for their innovation, perseverance, and diligence. It also stands for their strong will to get on with life despite challenges. Since these roses are upheld as such, they are constantly used during the primary holidays of the Jewish people.
