The fruits bright orange trees are found mainly along the coastline of Israel, in the Sharon region and in the Golan Heights. Persimmon seed oil helps to revitalize the cells in your skin while also eliminating free radicals. It also has incredibly high levels of vitamin C and vitamin A which do an amazing job of restoring youthful-looking skin.
Persimmon oil helps to aid the natural digestive juices from the outside in. Persimmon oil is often used in soaps, body wash, and laundry soap for neutralizing, removing, and treating the presence of Nonenal odour.
There are few studies that show the chemical compound Nonenal is something we all develop with age is responsible for the lingering odor in clothing and bed linens. The oil is coveted to create deodorant and body lotions as well to be used after a bath or shower.

There are a few studies that show that betulinic acid present in persimmon may help to combat some cancers in the body. The antioxidants found in persimmon may work to neutralize the free radicals and may prevent DNA damage. However, we cannot make a conclusive opinion on these studies so it is best to do your own research.
Zea-xanthin, an important dietary carotenoid found in persimmon, provides a light-filtering function, preventing macular degeneration in the elderly. Simply smelling the oil may help strengthen brain function and concentration and focus.
Some studies show that elderly patients who consume persimmon fruit show less risk for aging brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s and dementia than those elderly who do not.

Sharon (plains) region of the Holy Land is referred to in the Bible. ( 1 Chronicle 5:16; Isaiah 33:9 ) Two thousand years ago was referred to as “the Sharon” during the second Temple era called. The name has on each occurrence 1 Chronicles 5:16 tells us how important this region was and would therefore appear that “the Sharon” was a well-defined region familiar to the Israelites even during King Solomon’s reign as king. It is a large, rich part of the Holy Land. Land which lies between the mountains of the central part of the Holy Land and the Mediterranean the northern area of Shefelah.
Some Jewish scholars and sages think it is also from the passage that it was in the district on the east of the Jordan border, in the area of Gilead and Bashan this Persimmon fruit grew along beside the infamous Balm of Gilead. Today all Persimmons are called “Sharon Fruit” in Hebrew but most persimmons are not true “Sharon Fruit” especially the Japanese variety which was brought into Israel just 30 years ago where traces of seed, core, and bitter tannin taste have been bred out of it.
