We first picked this one up in 2018 and it has been our top seller of all the mndarin oils we carry ever since. May be because this one is so very juicy next to our amazing green Mandarin. Hodaya Peek-Weiss on the Rimmon Farm in Israel has been growing this mandarin from seed and since we cannot use the fruit until after the trees are 5 years oil. There are two farms of Citrus that have Nova Mandarins in Israel but are not yet ready for market.
So we set out to find the best artisan distiller and producer of this oil from Urguay and we found them through Golan Weiss Shoshawna Silvers who is a extremely talented Artisan distiller and producer.
She goes to the Organic market and purchases these orange beauties and extracts the richest Nova Mandarin oil there is. I have tried several producers of this oil but she is hands down the very best. She has dual citizenship from Israel and Uruguay. She produces the juiciest Orange Nova Mandarin ever!
Blends Well With: Lime, Lemon, Yuzu, Tangerine and other citruses. Rose abs, Tuberose abs, Jasmine abs, Magnolia, Frankincense Sacra, Seratta, and carterii, Green Seaweed abs, Fir and Cedarwood.
Aroma: Sweet and intensely orange-y. Like fresh squeezed orange juice. which has a fresh strong deep Mandarin aroma of a so juicy good aroma, with slight green tangy mouth watering notes with a soft powdery fresh clean Aroma.
Color is a light yellow-orange to deep orange in color and is a thin oil.
