I own a bottle of 100-year-old Jasmine oil from Egypt which took my breath away when I smelled it. However, when I first smell this Jasminum officinale var. grandiflorum it has an absolutely wonderful divine wow factor too for me personally. I have to say this Jasmine is one of my all-time favorite floral oils and I love so many like, for example, Pink Lotus Abs, Rose Abs, and Gardenia Abs,
Jasmine officinale var. grandiflorum will transport you to sheer floral joy. This is the essential oil that helps me sleep well when I am too exhausted to fall asleep and it served me well during pregnancy birth during labor pains. Very tiny amounts go such a very long way.
Each fresh blossom has to be delicately and carefully harvested by hand at night and at dawn. These flowers are the in and yang of one another. Sombac bloom at the break of Dawn and Grandiflorum blooms in the twighlight of the evening so when their aroma is at its peak so as not to bruise the precious flowers the blooms are harvested carefully and quickly, bruised blooms can produce more sour aroma notes than sweet floral ones. Both Flowers will not stay on the plant for long. Sombac will fall in the evening whereas the grandiflorum bloom will fall off at the break of Dawn. So it is a real task to prevent brusing and damage.
Jasmine cannot be distilled because the high heat of the process destroys the delicate aroma of the flower. It take over 4,000 lbs of Jasmine flowers to produce 1 lb of oil. This oil will darken even further with age. Its warm and intoxicating floral aroma blends well with coriander, orange, rose, frankincense sacra, bergamot, and sandalwood.

The origins of each batch will be listed on the bottle. Sorry, we cannot give you batch specific since we get small quantities of this beautiful oil when it is available and in season For example if you want the Egypt batch only and we have in stock the India batch you will receive a 5ml bottle of Jasmine Abs from India and vise versa. the Jasmine flowers are delicate is the same aroma and the cost is the same.
