The natural chemical constituents of Balm Mint Bush share many of Tea Tree’s skin-loving properties but offer a pleasant, soft minty aroma. Its clarifying properties support acne prone skin and blemishes. A great substitute for those who may not like the smell of Tea Tree but enjoy a subtle hint of mint.
Prostanthera melissifolia is refreshing, bright, and clean, with a mint-like scent and has a hint of camphoraceous eucalyptus-like in the back note. It works wonderfully in blends where you want an icy-cool mint note which is a much gentler and more subtle aroma than traditional peppermint. I personally love the soft gentle aroma.
