Job 40:21-22 “Under the lotus plants it lies, hidden among the reeds in the marsh. The lotuses conceal it in their shadow; the poplars by the stream surround it.”

Lotus flowers grow in water that is filled with dirt and mud. Not only do lotus grow in dirty water, but they also can clean toxins out of the water around them. The lotus flower arises from the murky waters below as a clean, flawless, beautiful flower in all its glory. Blue lotus symbolizes rebirth, renewal, and resurrection, and it is interesting to note that the lotus is said to represent the womb, and its essence will help with fertility. Lotus reflects how a woman who was nidda (menses bleeding) feels when she emerges from the mikvah, a ritual pool of water that cleanses her, she stands in splendor, flawless once again to meet with her husband in relations.

When we appreciate the beauty of how the lotus flower emerges from dirty water with pure blossoms, we cannot help but think of the ultimate spiritual message of G-d’s mercy and blessings even when sin is present. In Asia and parts of the Middle East, where the lotus is the flower of that region,  it is not unusual to see displays or find carvings of lotus flowers in places of worship like churches, synagogues, and mosques. In Israel and Egypt, the lotus grows natively. Many of the flowers are either blue or pink and grow in many rivers and streams of the Holy Land and Egypt.

Blue Lotus is extracted by natural (sugar cane) ethanolic extraction of the concrete, it is produced from fresh and dried flower blossoms of the Blue lotus Flowers put to soak and then recharged with new flowers every few weeks and then are strained, then put in a high-pressure vacuum crucible machine, and hours later you have a beautiful stunning thick absolute oil. Batches are small and are omg gorgeous! Blue Lotus Absolute essential oil has an extremely rich aroma and has a high content of two aporphine alkaloids, apomorphine and nuciferine.

We take a very small amount from each of the batches we produce and let it age until its deep sweetness comes out, and we blend it with some gorgeous Israeli Moringa Leaf Oil. We made 1 oz at a time and sell this in a full 5ml size with a euro dropper or roller top. Ready to use as a deliciously gorgeous perfume. The aroma is very sensual and seductive to those who sniff the mix. You can choose a rollertop instead of a traditional euro dropper

You will be amazed by the lovely powdery Blue flower aroma, and when you apply it to your skin, it could be hours later, it will hit your nose again and again throughout the day with a pleasant delight of sweetness and earthy blue lotus scent.  Simply put, this is a gorgeous oil on before bed to get a good night’s sleep. Just stunning!

Suggested use: Add a few drops on pulse points. This beautifully slightly aged absolute is extended with Moringa leaf oil that indeed has a very long shelf life; we have found that one drop goes a very long way. The color is bright amber to a slightly amber yellow in color. Be careful, much like any floral absolute, this one can stain your clothes even though it is diluted into a carrier oil of Moringa leaf oil.
