When G-d first spoke his name to Moshe Rabbeinu (Moses) he realized that G-d had spoken the whole Torah and all of Creation into being in the beginning of time and he could not stand on his two feet at such a profound realization. He knew G-d was the only reality there is. G-d told him to remove his shoes for he was standing on Holy Ground. Moshe obeyed and fell on his face.
G-d’s name is the breath of all life. Everything from a blade of grass to a baby taking their first breath is speaking G-d’s Holy Name. When person leaves this earth with their last breath when God’s name is no longer filing their lungs in reality was their last word they spoke.
The Holy Name of G-d was not written with vowels originally. A later group of Jewish scholars known as the Masoretes added the vowels in the early Medieval period. It was understood before that the name was a acrnym for “HE IS, HE WAS and HE WILL BE”.
G-d’s name comes from the Hebrew verb haya, meaning “be” or “become.” We see the name referenced in Exodus 3:14-15, where God says, “I AM who I AM,” which could also be rendered as “I WILL BE WHO I WILL BE.” This is G-d who is, and who causes things to be. He is Creator and sustainer of all life. Most importantly, He is more real than anything else in His creation.
Some Jewish Sages Rabbis and Bible Scholars have stated the hebrew letters YUD* HEY* VAV* HEY* י ה ו ה represent sounds or notes when we breathe, and are noted as aspirated consonants. When pronounced without intervening vowels, it actually sounds like breathing.
YUD י breathe in HEY ה breathe out VAV ו breathe in HAY ה breath out.
I teach many of my clients and students this breathing exercise to bring calmness and hear G-d’s voice within through their breath. Hear his name and feel how His name fills their lungs and on exhale, the negative energy and stress is released through His name.
Every Person on this big blue ball planet we call home is saying His Holy Name every time they breathe, unaware that their very breathe is giving constant acknowledgment to G-d. Another reason to guard our tongues when we speak because we would be cursing G-d, and in some cases in essence taking his name in vain if we are not careful.
Each breath we have is known by G-d how many we are alotted and breaths that all life takes and exhales is the aroma of His creation that he spoke into being in the beginning of all creation.
Our breath can create a beautiful aroma into the world or a stinky one. This is why its important not to fight because this is very stinky to G-d. Love one another this is what is a sweet aroma to Him!
There’s an Israeli Scientist who asked this question when does this bridge occur? In other words, what keeps our DNA living, stable, alive? You will see that the pattern which is on the 10th, 5th, 6th, 5th nucleotides were the answer to our sulfuric bridge keeping our DNA alive. Which created the numerical value of YHVH. Yup, you read that correctly.
You see in Hebrew, alef-bet each letter has a numeric value 10 is letter YUD, 5 is the letter HAY, 6 is the letter VAV, and 5 is the letter HAY. These are the letters of G-d’s Holy Name YHVH. The word LORD or ADONAI in Hebrew is י ה ו ה. (Yud 10, Hey 5, Vav 6, Hey 5) However, י ה ו ה is an unpronounceable word mainly because it is an acronym of his true name that is just too long to pronounce. But we breathe the letters of His name
It is so important to guard our health, what we do and say, it all affects our quality of life. We must understand he made us in His image. G-d is who causes things to be, who gives them the power of existence. Everything we are, everything we have, we owe to him. Every atom in creation, the tiny intricacies of living things such as our DNA, the twinkling stars all play their part in a beautiful, constant symphony of Praise to Him.

Micah Harrari, a Levite and master craftsman, originally built the first harp in the land of Israel in 2000 years, for his wife Shoshanna as a birthday gift. Basing his designs on the information found in the Bible, Talmud, and archeology, this first harp opened the way for many more to follow spreading the mystical sounds of David's harp from the streets of Jerusalem to the four corners of the world.
