Ingredients Rose oil, Gum Benjamin (Arabic Gum) , Alkanet Root, Gooseberry Oil, Moroccan Nut (Argan) Oil, and Almond Oil.
This historical recipe from 1869 is described as having a pink-amber hue thanks to the alkanet root ingredient. Very pleasant to the eyes and wa made to add shine and condition the hair, while also taming frizz and helping to set your style or curls.
In the past, it was common to apply them daily, just a few drops worked through the hair. Suggested to brush through or finger through the hair head to tip. Works very much like a bonding oil that instantly boosts shine, natural color, vibrancy, & softness. Tames frizz and flyaways. Provide 450ºF/232ºC heat protection if you blow dry your hair.
