Siberian pine nut oil is rich in pinolenic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid found exclusively in pine nut oil.
In some assessments, the highest percentage of pinolenic acid is found in Siberian pine nuts and the oil produced from them as compared to other pine species.
Grows in the Holy Land Mediterranean regions. most of these tree are found in Canada and Russian border.
