Also called Tangor or Temple Orange, Red Mandarin gets its name from the deeper color of its rind compared to regular mandarins and is prized for its sweet, citrusy, slightly floral scent. Extracted from fully mature fruits, it’s considered the sweetest of all citrus oils and pairs beautifully with floral, wood, spice, and herb essential oils.
This thin oil ranges from deep orange-red to amber-orange and delivers a rich mandarin aroma, fresh, juicy, and vibrant with hints of green, tangy citrus and a clean, powdery fruity note. Its intense color can even stain clothing.
