All oils are steam distilled from wild-harvested resins, and each oil has a very unique aroma. We only acquire our resins from sustainable, fair trade organic wild-harvested resins. Harvested from family-owned property of slash pine trees in North Carolina that are pesticide-free and is organically tapped with the traditional method.
The heavy fragrant resins are shipped to Israel and then placed in an Israeli made clay jar in Israel for 18 days in a dry, cool place to absorb the energy of the Holy Land and it is then distilled by the traditional method in Israel. This process is what we call “Holy Land Charged” essential oil.
Pine gum resin is derived from slash pine trees (pinus elliotti) growing in the deep South of the USA, using sustainable forest spirit practice. Although this tree is found all over the southern part of the US it seems that North Carolina and Georgia Slash Pine is the sweetest and most vibrant in aroma due mainly because the soil is rich and trees are very healthy. The trees are found growing wild more in forested areas of these states and are less touched by human contact.
Organically harvest the raw pine gum by hand carefully using the traditional tree tap method and the bag is attached to the inserted smallest sterile pipe so as to collect the sweet-smelling sap cleanly. Trees are never over-harvested or cause these trees to lose wood growth.
Then next after harvest the resin is then fired distill by using basically using the same methods used for hundreds of years by Native Americans who live in the area. The fire distilled resin is carefully filtered (squeezed) through linen cloth to remove bark and other tree materials then the resin is distilled and is separated from the water as it is poured quickly into a stone bowl and later broken into chunks ( mortar and pisel).
This process is and the results are a cleaner and completely pure and natural spirit resin that easily breaks like glass. This is how you know it is pure. Finally, the resin is Distilled to create a wonderful essential oil.
