Widely known for it’s disinfectant properties, it is also used as room freshener and fragrance in soaps. Powerful in blend with Cistus, balsam fir oils, lavender, lemon, marjoram, pine, rosemary. Douglas fir helps to reduce cellulite, promotes mental health, clear sinuses, soothes exhausted nerves, aids communication and acts as an effective pain killer.
Oil Specific: Avoid while pregnant. May cause skin irritation. Topical use not for internal use
General: As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (after you have properly diluted the oil in an appropriate carrier.
