This material is extracted from milk fat that has had all its water and fat particles content removed by CO2 extraction process that leave the true heart and essence of butter creamy aroma. **Warning: There are some companies out there that sell Butter Co2 and it looks thick and yellow and not clear and is most likely fake because it’s just melted butter in the bottle. I was shocked to see this and from companies who know better and they are cheating their customers. Do not purchase if it is not from Belgium producers.**
