Copaiba resin (Copaifera species) – Obtained by boring holes into the heartwood of South American trees. The thick liquid that flows out is copaiba oleoresin (sometimes called “copaiba balsam”) and sometimes referred to as “Oleoresin Absolute”, which can be used directly in oil formulations or diluted in carrier oils.
Copaiba Balsam Essential Oil helps ease muscle pain, joint pain, headaches, and migraines. It also soothes respiratory issues for asthma, bronchitis, colds, and coughs.
