The flowers known as the Pink Pilk Silk Mimosa flowers, Persian Silk flowers, and Albizia flower. The silk tree flowers bloom in late spring and into midsummer before giving way to long brown seedpods that reflect the mimosa’s legume heritage—gorgeous, sweet, nutty citrus, and powdery aroma.
