This is the CO2 extraction of roasted hazelnuts.
Hazelnut CO2-extracted oil is a highly beneficial ingredient for skincare, boasting a rich, nutty aroma. It is extracted from the Corylus avellana nut kernels, which are organically grown in Turkey. The extraction process is carried out in Israel using Supercritical CO2 Select extraction, which ensures that the resulting Hazel Nut CO2 oil is of high quality and is coveted for how it makes your skin feel.
The aroma is slightly nutty out of the bottle, but on the skin it unfolds further into a light, wonderful hazelnut aroma. Please note this oil is not suitable for a diffuser because it has a carrier oil feel even though it is classified as a CO2 essential oil.
Hazelnut oil is also known for its ability to help strengthen capillaries, which can help reduce the visibility of thread veins. It has a slightly astringent quality, making it suitable for sensitive, combination, and problematic skin types.
