We have all called a loved one “the apple of our eye” one time to another. This term of endearment is used to express how precious this loved one is in our sight. The term “apple of the eye” is found in various parts of the Bible and is used to refer to the preciousness of Israel in G-d’s sight.
Deut 32:10 says
“For the Lord’s portion is His people;
Jacob is the place of His inheritance.
10 “He found him in a desert land
And in the wasteland, a howling wilderness;
He encircled him, He instructed him,
He kept him as the apple of His eye.”
Jacob here is a reference to the Nation of Israel. Green apples, while sour, still have delicious and sweet benefits. This hydrosol is excellent as a toner for Acne, tonic for digestion, soap, chronic fatigue, skin issues, sleep aid, DIY lotion and creams, and soothes dry, itchy skin issues.
Recommended keeping these in the refrigerator for freshness. The benefits are the same as the essential oils. Recommended for topical use only. Do not spray the product directly on the face, as it contains essential oil droplets from the distillation process.
