Today we have unravelled the mystery of exactly which ingredients and processes were used to formulate the finely ground mixture. The onlyone which opinions are divided is on Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi) or Spike Lavender a name commonly used for all lavender species grown and native in the Holy Land also known in ancient days as Nard, Nardo or Neder.
