This is a most wonderful oil to work with. My skin loves it and it reminds me of Israeli Prickly Pear inreguards in how it makes my skin feel. Soft, supple, and hydrated.
I love Camellia flowers. They make me happy seeing them blossom in the cold winter months. The splash of red, pinks and yellow lifts the soul to look for the brighter times are coming in the future.

Obtained by cold pressing of the seeds of the Camellia oleifera plant — which is also known by the name of the “rose of winter or winter rose.”
The flowers and leaves of most Camellia plants are used for tea when dried. A maceration of flowers is used to help give hair shine and Vitality. The seed oil helps prevent split ends and calms an itchy scalp.
This oil is abundant in vitamins A, B, C, D, and E, which provide nourishment to your skin, as well as a velvety smooth finish. Camellia seed oil has a molecular makeup and weight similar to Sebum, which is noted to be your skin’s natural oil, ensuring a significantly better and quicker absorption into the deeper layers of the epidermis.
