AYTZ CHAYIM macerations/ Infused oils are made from plants growing in our Garden and from garden of growers around the world. Exceptions are Frankincense Resin from Oman and Sweet Myrrh from Jordon and Somalia that we purchase from private Quality Organic resources.
We use Fractionated Coconut Oil as the solvent to absorb all the fat soluble properties of the plants and resins. Macerations are essential oils but more as they have all the fat soluble parts of the plant and resins that are too large to be distilled into Essential oil compounds.
The scent is not as strong as the essential oil compound but the essential oil properties are still there and at the same time they bring with them their own carrier oils that has an amazing shelf life.
Ancient Israel process to make Essential oils was not modern process we see today. These infused oils are ready to use and are great massage oils with amazing therapeutic qualities.
