1. Sunlight

Not only does sunlight feed us much-needed vitamin D3, but it can also help stabilize our moods. You can shift stagnant, dull energy of any room by just opening your windows and letting some light come through not to mention the fresh air as well.

4. Exercise

Exercise in and of itself releases endorphins that can help with stress relief, and finding joy in the exercises you’re doing only escalates the experience. If you enjoy dancing or playing  a sport do so.

When you are having fun and burning calories at the same time, you are helping not only your emotional health but your physical health as well. 5. Water

Spending time around water will not only cleanse your body but will attract positive energy as well. Science has now shown that water records it’s environment. Think about this you are 80% water and if you think negative that gets recorded in your body’s waters. Dr. Emotou recommends filling a glass with water, setting a timer for a few minutes, focusing positive thoughts and prayers of good health toward the glass of water, then drinking it. The trick is to just set aside time every day to dwell in a state of love. Positive feelings are even more powerful than positive thoughts, so this exercise will allow joyful situations and thoughts to manifest.

The mood created by a particular smell has a lot to do with the limbic system in the body, and this is the oldest and most ancient system in the brain.

Suggest learning some quantum mechanics. What is Vibrational energy? Vibrational energy in molecules refers to the vibration of bound atoms within a particular molecule. For example, if we look at a very simple molecule like carbon dioxide, we can measure the vibration or frequency of what is referred to the carbonyl stretch (the stretching motion of the double bond between the carbon and the oxygen atoms). The larger the molecule is the more vibrational motions it will have.

Molecules in essential oils would have many different bond vibrations going on because even the smaller molecules (monoterpenes) consist of 10 carbon atoms and 16 hydrogen atoms. Thus all essential oil molecules would have many different vibrations going on simultaneously and each different type of vibrational motion in each different bond would have its own characteristic frequency. These vibrational frequencies in molecules are measured using infrared (IR) spectroscopy because energy in the IR range of the electromagnetic spectrum is what is required to cause these vibrations. The magnitude of Infrared radiation is in the 10,000,000,000,000 to 400,000,000,000,000 Hertz range!

So it is just not about the vibrational energy of the essential oil as much as it about the energy of your body that determine which oils you gravitate towards to bring that energy up to a level that is the level of complete healing. The quality of that essential oil is very vital to your health and that in itself is the real key. As you can see each oil would be very complex to measure as explained above. Most of what you may find online is information that one particular MLM company started years ago. Information which you may have already ran into online.

Yes we can raise our energy of our body to a more healthy state but it take high quality essential oils as well as a positive state of mind and eating organic high quality foods to do that. I have this before and will say it again, “essential oils are not to used alone”. It takes all parts of your lifestyle and state of mind.
